*DESCRIPTION: This scarab pin, created by renowned costume jewelry designer, KENNETH JAY LANE, is a MUST HAVE for its overall beauty, LARGE SIZE, quality materials, EXCELLENT weight/feel, & labor-intensive detail.
The crystals are mesmerizing.
The focus is the HUGE center stone on the scarab’s body.
The GOLDEN topaz-like stone is oval shaped, BEVEL set, beautifully faceted, & measures ~20 mm x 14 mm!
The golden stone is surrounded by “PEACOCK GREEN” ENAMELING.
Surrounding the green enamel are PAVE SET, graduated, clear SWAROVSKI stones, & mill graining.
The beetle’s FACE has OUTSTANDING stones & enamel, too.
The face’s center stone is blazing faceted RUBY RED.
The beetle’s EYES are CEYLON SAPPHIRE BLUE CABOCHON stones surrounded by more “PEACOCK GREEN” enameling.
The beetle’s legs are in a high polished gold tone metal.
The reverse is highly texturized gold tone metal.
The piece comes with it's original red box, red pouch & warranty card.

*CONDITION: excellent, preowned condition.
The only issue is a slight bend in the straight pin closure.

The enamel & metal are in wonderful condition.
