It definitely has qualities of verified Juliana pins
The large crystals are GIVRE art glass.
They are FROSTED & CARVED, translucent & have a pronounced blue centers.
There are many sapphire-like, marquise-cut crystals are set open backed, unfoiled.
They are dog-tooth prong set. (Love!)
There are three sizes of blue aura borealis crystals sprinkled in.
The crystals are tiered & set into silver-tone metal.
